You do not log in to your Studio. The Studio logs into nothing. There is no authentication server that can reject your credentials. There is no terms of service that can change while you sleep. There is no acceptable use policy that can be reinterpreted to exclude your use case.
The absence of a vulnerability
This is not a feature. This is the absence of a vulnerability. Every cloud AI service has a single point of failure: the company that runs it. The Studio has no single point of failure because it has no dependency on any company, including EVEREST.
If EVEREST ceases to exist, your Studio continues to function. Models run. Training happens. Agents execute. The device does not phone home to function. Zero dependencies on EVEREST servers for core operation. This is a hardware design requirement, not a marketing promise.
Your AI should not have a cancel button that someone else controls. It should have a power button that only you can reach.
